Production from casting to ready-to-use component

To ensure the high-end production of castings, Doesburg Components has advanced and state-of-the-art machinery at its disposal. Thanks to our many years of experience we possess the know-how and machinery that make it possible to produce complex products.

The tooling and fixtures required during the production process are designed, produced and tested in-house. In doing so, we can use and apply different processes in the best way possible.

The machinery includes 45 horizontal and vertical CNC processing centers with pallet measurements ranging from 500 to 800 mm. Several machines are provided with innovative robots. Moreover, we employ flexible production systems (FMS). As a result, Doesburg Components is able to handle small as well as large serial work.

Apart from the mechanical processing, we also provide assembly, painting and cleaning of castings and therefore supply ready-to-use components. To clean industrial components according to the standards of cleanliness, we are equipped with a special wash tunnel (Laborex).
